INVESTMENT CLASSES

HOW IT WORKS

When you invest in the JSS Capital Opportunity Fund, you begin earning interest on your investment immediately; the rate is dependent on your investment class.

Each investor receives quarterly payments for 1/4th of their annual percentage yield, automatically deposited to their account on the last business day of each quarter. Yields are determined by investment class.

CLASS A - MINIMUM $50,000, 7.5% APY
CLASS B - MINIMUM $100,000, 8.5% APY
CLASS C - MINIMUM $150,000, 9.5% APY

At the end of the year we calculate our IRR minus all fees and expenses and a waterfall distribution is created. This is calculated as a 50/50 split with the Fund and the investor group. This 50% is then prorated to each investor based on their investment amount of the total investment pool.

We use investor funds to in-turn provide our short-term investment lending to real estate investors at an average of 12% interest rate, where we take first lien position on the property until our loan is paid back in full.

Our minimum hold period for invested funds is 18 months, which can then be called for return by either party with a repayment timing of 90 days or less. Earned yield will be paid through return date of invested capital.
